Got given this today at my induction at Wakefield College, can’t beat been given free items of clothing.
Today went alright, was pretty nervous this morning about everything but I managed to control my nerves which must mean that I’m learning how to control my anxiety! Me and Lauren arrived there way early, so we were standing around for a for bit but then I saw someone I knew there so I got chatting to them for a bit. Was so pleased to know someone else on my course other than Lauren. We basically went and sat in a classroom for a bit and got a bit of an introduction to the course, then went on a tour, then filled out enrolment forms. Then we went for some shitty little assembly, when the highlight of the day was getting the free hoodies. Me and Lauren went to go get our id cards then got on the bus home.
So overall it was a good day! Tomorrow, we’re going canoeing for free and then going to Pizza Hut for free, good times!
